Job Description:
SUMMARY: Assists members with Andrews Federal Credit Union consumer loans to include Home Equity loans by phone. Assist members with inquiries regarding loan status and responds to member inquiries by selling products and services on the benefits, features and needs of our members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires one to two years operational/sales experience within a credit union or financial institution with a minimum of one year in a customer contact environment. Demonstrates customer service and sales skills. Working knowledge of various office equipment, including calculator, computer terminal and phone system. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to use personal computer, multi-line telephone, copier and fax machine.
